Smoky BBQ Steak

Smoky Southwest BBQ Rib Eye Steak


Ingredients:

- 1 or 2 Rib Eye Steaks 

- 2 tablespoons Smoky Southwest Meat Rub seasoning

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- melted butter for brushing


Instructions:


1. Prep the Rib Eye Steaks:

   - Take the rib eye steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

   - Pat the steaks dry with kitchen roll to ensure a good sear.


2. Season with Smoky Southwest Meat Rub:

   - Rub the Smoky Southwest Meat Rub seasoning onto both sides of the steaks. Ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
